Global Launch Strategy Group (2006-Present)
Developing globally standard review strategy and IT solution with cross-functional team for milestone completion. Created an online scorecard to provide a collaborative environment for performance tracking and workload reduction.
Led a team of seven engineers to analyze the Global Launch Quality Operating System for accuracy. Results were a more robust Quality Operating System and implementation of a global IT solution to provide all product launch deliverables to employees.
Designed and launched a global product reporting system to 11 countries on 6 continents. Resulting system standardized weekly status reports to the CEO on product launches for all countries and reduced workload redundancies by 75%.
Developed launch validation strategies to reduce quality and build risk associated with re-sourcing of three supplier plants impacting eight vehicle lines. Results were zero downtime for all final assembly plants and no quality degradation.
Collaborated with Ford of Europe to create an innovative business process for global resource sharing. Process gives specific granularity on testing completion and production intent with associated risk on a part by part level.

Ford College Graduate Developmental Program (2003-2006)
Negotiated a process flow improvement with the UAW at Romeo Engine Plant. Implementation of the new process flow led to an efficiency increase of 8% and a labor cost reduction of 17%.
Analyzed and designed the resolution of a vehicle sound quality issue on the 2007 SVT Mustang. Associated design resolution led to 100% reduction of the sound quality issue.
Coordinated acceleration plans for material delivery on high risk parts for the 2007 Navigator prototype build. Delivery plans led to successful build completion nine days ahead of schedule.
Developed Facilities, Tooling, and Labor cost estimation for government safety requirements on the Lincoln Town Car Limousine. Interfaced with product development and manufacturing to identify cost study improvements that resulted in a budget of $2.4M vs. target of $3.5M.
