Greetings! My name is Gary Nye and I am a strong self-starter with a long history of proven accomplishments.  I am currently employed at Ford Motor Company and have been in an internal Global Launch Strategy group since 2006. In this position I have gained the skills of global process standardization, workload reduction efficiencies, and cross-functional coordination.

Prior to my current position I was in a rotational program at Ford straight out of undergrad in 2003. In these rotations I had the opportunity to pick up skills in cost estimating, vehicle engineering, new model program launch, and production supervision.

Some of my greatest strengths are my ability to learn and adapt quickly. I have a relentless work ethic and exceptional ability to organize and lead others. Throughout my career I have had regular opportunities to present to senior management at Ford. I thoroughly enjoy speaking in front of all types of audiences. I feed off of the excitement and exhilaration.

My passion for success led my academic adventure to Michigan Tech University for a degree in Computer Engineering and then to the University of Michigan for a Master in Business Administration. My educational background gives me the ability to translate the complex engineering side of problems to all functions present in large corporations.
